BAFTA

...to Benidorm..

…to Benidorm..

There was nothing I wanted more that a nice relaxing stroll round Manchester.  After building up quite an appetite me and the OH picked out a new food outlet in the Indoor market.  You really can’t beat that place for independent food stalls at cheap prices.

We picked out Viet shack – Vietnamese street food and all I can say is Mmmmm!

The menu was simple and easy to understand.  We both went for the Lemongrass Chicken burger.  A snip at £3.  The burger was fresh with great favours.  The satay dip we had separately was amazing and I would have bought a bottle if they we’re available.

For a brand new venture they seem to be going in the right direction.  I will definitely be going back in the future.

Cheesecake.. the result..!

Well, I hadn’t really realised what a massive array of cheesecakes there are!  After looking through various recipes I decided on a traditional New York Vanilla Cheesecake.

Because Cheesecake is so naughty,  my god it’s bad for you!  I decided to choose a ‘healthier’ version.
